if your VERSE brand tool is broken
We need the following emailed to: mira@verseyourhair.com
- A photo of your broken tool, if possible showing the broken part, also state what went wrong with the tool,
- A photo of your receipt and original warranty card,
- Your contact information, and where would you like your new tool sent to,
- Return shipping and handling payment of: $24.95* for Hair Straighteners and single wands OR $35.95* for 4P wand set.
- You can pay with a credit card using this link. You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete this transaction. Please include your full name and address in the payment note.
- We will exchange your tool to a brand new EVOLUTION BRAND Tool. We are outsourcing our warranty to a new company, the new tool is of the same quality and technology as our Verse and future exchanges will be handled by Evolution (see above). Verse Hair tools are no longer available but we are continuing to honor warranties for all our Verse tools for as long as possible. All future exchanges will be done through the brand of the tool you have received.
- If you'd like to upgrade your Staightener to a new model which has an automatic shut off (Joya Mia Ceramic) please add $15.00 to your payment. If you chose to upgrade please specify in your email which model you'd like. Color may be subject to availability.
- Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your new tool.
- We will send tracking information to the email used to send us the request.
- If you are missing a copy of your receipt OR do not have Lifetime Warranty card after 2 years from the date of purchase, You will need to add the 39.95 lifetime warranty fee and receive a new tool with a lifetime warranty.
